Ilia State University is located in Tbilisi, Georgia, was established in 2006 when of 6 institutions merger together, becoming the first to provide a liberal‑education model in Georgia.
It comprises 4 main academic units: the Faculty of Arts and Sciences, Faculty of Natural Sciences and Medicine, Faculty of Business, Technology and Education, and the School of Law, offering around 23 bachelor’s and 49 graduate (PG/PhD) programs.
